October is here, and so are some of my favorite things: pumpkin spice, Halloween movies, and of course, spooky confetti. There’s a chill in the air in New York City… but on YouPay? Things are heating up, and I can’t wait to tell you all about what we’ve been working on.
Welcome to this month’s edition of What’s Up With You(Pay) — a monthly newsletter for the YouPay community on platform updates, new features, information and resources, events, giveaways, and highlighting featured creators. At this point, you probably know me… but just in case, I’ll introduce myself: I’m Victoria, and I’m a writer, editor, researcher, financial dominatrix, and YouPay’s VP of Creator Relations. I’m here to talk about what we’re doing here at YouPay, for you and with you!

Features and Events
New payout methods are here, expanding instant withdrawals around the world!
- Creators are now eligible to withdraw funds from their Creatorflow to bank accounts, PayPal, Venmo, crypto wallets, debit cards, mobile wallet, SEPA transfers, or international bank wire via Swift!
- This expansion means YouPay is now available for creators in 223 countries and territories!

YouPay Cocktail Club is returning to NYC! A night of cocktails, mocktails, and creators celebrating the start of the fall season and all they’ve accomplished. We’d love it if you’d join us!
- Where: Downtown Manhattan
- When: October 23rd at 8:00 pm
- Who: Creators and their (approved) +1’s. Get on the list here!
- Wear: Dress to the 9’s, but you’re always a 10! We will have an event photographer, so show up and show off!
You Asked, We Built It: The YouPay App is HERE!
- The YouPay Wishlist App is available now in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store!
- Download the app today to enable push notifications when you get gifted or poked! Check out our new and improved interface! The little icons on your dropdown menu are super cute. More fun features are coming soon!

Have you checked out our newest feature: Poke Your LURKERS!
- Creators can now see fans that are signed in and looking at their wishlists… and poke them to let them know you caught them!
- If you’re seeing primarily anonymous viewers, encourage your fans and followers to sign up for YouPay!
- If they need a little incentive, remind them that verified fans pay a reduced fee if they’re signed in! More money in their pockets means more money can end up in yours!
- We recently updated the feature to allow you to poke a lurker again and again once they’ve sent a poke back… meaning you can drain a silent sender without ever saying a word!

We updated our privacy settings! Check out yours and set them to your preferences!
- Sera, YouPay’s Community Education Manager, shared a post on X detailing the new privacy options for both fans and creators.
- New settings include activity visibility for both fans and creators, a gifting feed display on your profile, checkout upselling, and opting in or out of a public wallet balance display on fan accounts. Exciting!
If you follow our technical lead, Clara, on X you may have already seen… but we’re working on a YOUPAY CARD! More details will be available on this soon, but for now, we couldn’t resist teasing it and getting the creator community excited.
