What’s Up With YouPay – August 2026 Newsletter

New features are coming, so we’re updating our privacy settings! Check out yours and set them to your preferences! New settings include:

• activity visibility for both fans and creators
• a gifting feed display on your profile
• checkout upselling,
• opting in or out of a public wallet balance display for fan accounts
• “lurker mode” (more on this soon!)

We raised $13,000 for Pineapple Support during our July gifting campaign!

• We believe in giving back and using gifting for good: YouPay pledged 50 cents for every gift sent in July. Thanks to the creators and fans that chose YouPay — and the 26,000 gifts they sent and received!

After months of gifting creators around the globe and getting so many requests… we launched the official YouPay merch store and just restocked some of our sold-out items!

• You can add bags, socks, t-shirts, and more to your wishlist… and let your fans fund them! For a tutorial on how to add merch to your wishlist, check out this video!
• More items, like bikinis and customized merch, will be added soon.

The YouPay Cocktail Club is coming back to NYC… we’ll have more details to share soon, but for now, save the date: 10/23/26!

We published a platform guide and walkthrough for new creators (but everyone can benefit from reading it!)

• The blog article, called “YouPay, Your Way!” outlines how you can customize your wishlist, marketing psychology that helps you increase your received gifts, and the features you can use to maximize your reach and potential. Read it here!

This summer, we introduced youpay.bio, our new link-sharing platform designed for adult creators! Have you heard about it?

• All YouPay creators receive a unique, shareable link featuring direct cash-gifting integration, your social and content site links, and gifts from your wishlist!
• Your youpay.bio link is located under the “My Bio” section of your dashboard’s drop-down menu, and your social links can be updated via your social settings. Adult content sites are 100% welcome, and can be added as a custom link card.

This month, we’re excited to highlight Princess Riahh’s travel vlog, where she shows a behind the scenes look at her life with YouPay, and SpoilCeleste, who wrote a blog post on how to use your wishlist to its full potential! Celeste used her wishlist platforms to fund a $3,000 vacation to Mexico, a $4,000 PC build, and a gifted Samsung Smart TV! Her blog article shares her best tips and tricks to help you do the same.

We’re also so excited to formally welcome Sera to the YouPay Team as the Community Education Manager! With a focus on creating resources and video tutorials to help creators best use the platform, we can’t wait to see Sera’s impact on your creator experience!
