What Is YouPay?
YouPay is an international gifting platform that welcomes creators of all kinds to create wishlists. We were founded in 2020, and are based in Australia but provide a platform accessible to the entire world. We have three methods of gifting available: cash gifting, partner store item delivery, and gift cards. All gifts on YouPay are 100% chargeback protected!
How do I sign up for YouPay?
We made the sign-up process for YouPay as simple as possible. Go to YouPay.co, and press the “sign up” button! From there, you’ll be directed to enter your display name, your first and last name, your email address, and your country location, and to review and agree to YouPay’s terms and conditions.
Next, you’ll be directed to personalize your profile: you can select your wishlist username — many creators go with a variation of their social media handles — and add a profile picture, banner image, and biography. This is the information gifters will see on your profile!
You’re also able to add links back to your social media, subscription sites, and fansites, so your gifters know where else they can find you and your content. YouPay can also verify your profile: add a checkmark badge to ensure your fans trust that it’s you! Just shoot us a message on Twitter or to the support email, and we can make it happen for you.
The next page will direct you to enter your private details: your legal name and mailing address. This information is used to facilitate physical gifts from partner stores, like Honey Birdette, and is stored securely. This data is never seen by gifters and never will be.
After that information is added, you’re able to add gifts to your wishlist and start receiving gifts on YouPay! The whole process takes maybe 5 minutes — we want your gifting experience on YouPay to be simple, streamlined, and secure.
Once I’ve set up my profile, what gifts can I add to my YouPay wishlist?
YouPay currently offers four methods of gifting: VISA and Mastercard prepaid global gift cards, cash gifts, country-specific gift cards, and partner store gifts. We’ll break down how each works, and the benefits of using them all!
VISA and Mastercard Digital Debit Cards: For many creators, Visa and Mastercard prepaid global gift cards are their preferred method of gifting! These digital cards are instantly issued, can be added to their Apple and Google digital wallets, and can be used as a form of contactless payment. Card details can also be used for online shopping, in the same way that you might use a debit card to buy a new pair of jeans online! Each card is single issue: they can’t be combined or reloaded.
Cash Gifts: Cash gifts are also highly favored by creators. YouPay currently offers cash gifting via two methods: through Stripe, which is exclusively in the United States, or internationally via Coinflow. For creators based in the United States, United Kingdom, Brazil, or European Union, Coinflow gifts are directly deposited to creator bank accounts with the option for instant or same-day cash-out.
For creators outside of the US, UK or EU, Coinflow gifting is still available, but cash gifts are deposited into a connected cryptocurrency wallet rather than directly to creator bank accounts.

Partner Store Gifts: With highly desired partner stores like Honey Birdette, Anoeses and more, creators can have their fans send gifts directly to their door, all while keeping their information safe and secure. Creators can add entire carts or single items to their wishlists, allowing fans to send entire hauls or something small! See our available partner stores here!
Gift Cards: YouPay has thousands of gift card options across multiple countries and currencies, from Amazon to Uber Eats! Gift cards are instantly issued, sent directly to your email, and are instantly usable, with many being downloadable to your digital wallet.
Whether you’re looking to fund a new MacBook with Apple or Best Buy gift cards or treat yourself to a coffee or sandwich, you can use YouPay gift cards to fund your everyday life. Does YouPay Allow Chargebacks?
All gifts on YouPay are covered under our 100% chargeback protection policy. With extensive security verification and a dedicated team, all gifts are reviewed and authenticated as legitimate, with 80% of our gifts instantly issued!
It’s important you don’t consider gifts guaranteed until they’re delivered to you via email. Occasionally gifts may be held for an additional manual review or require additional gifter verification. If your gift dashboard notes a gift is “processing,” “under review,” or “action required,” please feel free to reach out to our team via the support email or X and we can prioritize your review! In extremely rare cases, gifts may be cancelled if our security and support cannot confirm the sources of funding as genuine. In these rare cases, we’re actively engaging and communicating with the effected creator. Gifts are only cancelled if they pose a fraud or security risk.
Is My and My Gifter’s Information Safe?
Gifter and creator data are stored securely and encrypted, so yes, your information is safe. We understand that we request more personal information than other platforms, but we do so for the purpose of payer verification. This is how we enable our instant payouts and chargeback protection: we ensure that your gifter is who they claim to be and that all gifts are genuine!
The only thing shown to both gifters and creators are chosen display names, meaning all private information entered is only visible to you.
What Are Some Important Platform Policies?
All gifts on YouPay must be given with donative intent: there can be no expectation set or guarantee of content or services in return. Payments for services aren’t permitted on YouPay, and can put your account at risk.
As an inclusive platform, we welcome creators across all industries! Adult industry creators included.
All gift titles must reflect our policies and adhere to our terms: terms like “tribute” are okay, as they connotate a gift! Terms like “custom clip” would indicate a payment for service.
To have a wishlist, receive gifts, or send gifts on a YouPay wishlist, you must be 18 or above. YouPay requires users to confirm they are 18+ as part of our terms and we may complete additional age verification checks.
