Shop or Pay to WIN $1k Competition Terms & Conditions
The ‘Promoter’ is YouPay Pty Ltd (ABN 70 644 120 990) of registered office address: 15b 10 Old Chatswood Road, Springwood QLD 4127, Australia. Competition ends 31.08.22 at 11:59pm AEST.
Employees of the Promoter, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
YouPay Shoppers: A ‘Shopper’ is an individual who uses YouPay at a YouPay partner store to share a cart over the value of $50 AUD (inc. shipping). The Shopper’s YouPay cart must be paid for before the close of the competition to be considered a valid entry.
YouPay Payers: A ‘Payer’ is an individual who uses YouPay to pay for a shared cart over the value of $50 that is created at a YouPay partner store.
Competition rules: To enter the competition, an entrant must be a Shopper or Payer on a YouPay order over the value of $50 (including shipping) during the competition period. Shoppers and Payers can enter as many times as they like during the competition period. After each individual YouPay checkout is complete, Shoppers and Payers are automatically entered into the competition.
$50-$99.99 paid carts: YouPay orders between these amounts automatically assign 1 entry to the Shopper and 1 entry to the payer.
$100-$249.99 paid carts: YouPay orders between these amounts automatically assign 3 entries to the Shopper and 3 entries to the payer.
$250-$499.99 paid carts: YouPay orders between these amounts automatically assign 8 entries to the Shopper and 8 entries to the payer.
$500+ paid carts: YouPay orders between these amounts automatically assign 20 entries to the Shopper and 20 entries to the payer.
Prizes: 1x Shopper and 1x Payer will win $1000 of YouPay carts to spend at any YouPay partner store, paid for by the Promoter. 5x Shoppers and 5x Payers will win a YouPay cart to the value of $50 to spend at any YouPay partner store.
Closing date for entry will be 11:59pm (AEST) August 31, 2022. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. Competition entries will be tallied for each individual Shopper and Payer after competition closure and prior to the random Prize draw.
The 12x Prize winners will be drawn at random at 15b 10 Old Chatswood Road, Springwood QLD 4127, Australia at 12:00pm AEST 01.09.22.
Announcement of winners: Winners will be notified by email and mobile phone within 3 days of the prize draw. If a prize winner cannot be contacted or does not claim a prize within 28 days of the prize draw after multiple attempts of communication, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize and allocate a new prize winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
Any personal data relating to winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Prize winners agree to have their name published in a digital capacity as part of the Promoter’s competition winner announcements.
