Yes. A YouPay order acts like any other regular order meaning coupon codes can be applied.
Yes, if you are the Shopper the order is connected to your customer account at your chosen shop. This means you earn Reward and Loyalty points as you would with any other shop.
If a payer needs to request a refund for payment, they will need to contact the merchant directly to request the refund. YouPay cannot assist with this process as we are not responsible for the actual transfer of funds between a payer and a merchant.
Your YouPay Wish List contains all of your YouPay carts, paid and unpaid, associated with your email address.
No. Your YouPay Wish List includes your own YouPay carts, but not those you’ve funded for other shoppers.
No. However, you can cancel YouPay carts to remove them entirely from your YouPay Wish List.
No. Only you can see your own paid YouPay carts on your YouPay Wish List.
YouPay carts will remain in your YouPay Wish List until they are paid or cancelled.
